What to expect:
This weekend immersion is an invitation to experience yoga as a complete and joyful path of transformation, accessible to all, whether experienced or beginners, Ashtanga or other styles. Together we will explore 4 interconnected workshops, each offering a unique entry point to yoga practice:
The Active Series - for a lighter, more inclusive perspective on Ashtanga
The Active Series, a dynamic and accessible approach to Ashtanga that retains the essence of the traditional practice while making it lighter and adaptable to all levels. Based on the breath, movement, and concentration of Ashtanga yoga, the Active Series offers the same transformative benefits of strength, balance, and inner clarity, but in a less demanding and more inclusive format. We will walk through a flowing sequence designed to energize the body, calm the mind, and reconnect you with the deeper purpose of the practice: not just postures, but a path to vitality, presence, and tranquility. The Heart of Yoga - to nurture emotional and relational intelligence
Yoga is not only a practice of the body and breath, but also a practice of the heart. In this workshop, we will explore how the tools of yoga can help us cultivate greater emotional awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and authentic connection with others. Through movement, breathwork, reflection, and partner practices, we will learn to recognize emotions in the body, find balance in the nervous system, and engage more consciously in our relationships. This 1.5-hour journey offers a supportive space to experience yoga as a path to inner harmony and deeper human connection. The Mind of Yoga - to cultivate clarity, balance, and meaning
Yoga is more than postures: it is a path to understanding and transforming the mind. In this 2 hour workshop, we will explore how the philosophy and practice of yoga can support mental health, cultivate self-awareness, and open the way to deeper meaning in daily life. Together, we will use the Wheel of Life to reflect on balance, uncover and reframe limiting beliefs, and reconnect with the values that give meaning to our lives. Through guided movement, breathwork, journaling, and reflection, you will discover practical tools to calm mental fluctuations, release unhelpful patterns, and connect with what truly matters. This workshop is accessible to all levels and offers a supportive space to cultivate mental clarity and spiritual resilience. The Spirit of yoga - to integrate body, heart, and mind into a deeper sense of wholeness and connection.
Over the weekend, we explored yoga through the body, heart, and mind, cultivating strength and vitality, emotional awareness, and clarity of thought. This final two hour workshop invites us to integrate these three dimensions and delve into the deeper spiritual essence of yoga. Through fluid movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection, we will connect body, mind, and heart in a holistic way.
Rooted in tradition yet with an open approach, this weekend balances introspection and depth with joy and community, creating a space for strength, self-discovery, and connection, both on and off the mat.
